Please note:
The atomizer is a wearing part and is comparable to an activated carbon filter. When the atomizer has reached the end of its life, it must be replaced. The Atomizer lasts a very long time with proper care, but is also very sensitive. That is, if it is not 100% dry after cleaning, it can burn out very easily.

We can only give a DOA warranty on the Atomizer, meaning "Dead On Arrival".
So if the Atomizer does not work when the unit is delivered, this is of course covered by the warranty. However, if the Atomizer burns out after 3 months, for example because it has not been dried sufficiently after cleaning, or perhaps has not been cleaned for too long, we unfortunately cannot cover the costs for this.

However, since we know that the atomizer is a wearing part, we offer the replacement atomizer at cost price, so that it can be replaced cheaply in the case.
