Blue - The temperature is now between 149 and 271 °C - The banger is still too cold, wait a moment
Green - The temperature is now between 272 and 326 °C - Now it tastes best
Red - The temperature is now between 227 and 454 °C - The banger is still too hot, let it cool down a moment more

With this tool you will always find the temperature range you prefer and with only 18 cm long, the thermometer is really handy and can be stowed anywhere.
